How do I return an item?



RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction with B the Collection merchandise is our greatest priority. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your merchandise, please follow the return policy below:

Items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the ship date (defined as date ship notice is emailed to customer). Merchandise for return or exchange must not be worn, damaged or altered in any way with tags attached.

We only accept merchandise purchased at BTHECOLLECTION.com. Merchandise purchased at partnering boutiques needs to be returned to that boutique.

Refunds for returned items will be issued in the same form of payment as tendered at the time of purchase. We will refund your credit card account once the returned item is received at our warehouse. Please allow 7 – 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Returns received within 30 days will be eligible for store credit only.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. ALL ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE THOSE ITEMS DISCOUNTED 50% OR MORE, OR PROMOTIONAL CODES WHERE THE OFFER CLEARLY STATES "FINAL SALE."

We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All postage for returns is the responsibility of the sender.
